Job Title: Electronics Inspector Shift: 1st Shift Pay: $20.00/hr Are you passionate about electronics, quality, and making sure products work exactly as intended? Do you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and being the final checkpoint before products reach customers? We're looking for an Electronics Inspector & Final Test Technician to join our growing manufacturing team. As a key member of our Quality team, you'll inspect electronic assemblies, perform functional testing, and help ensure every product meets customer expectations and company standards. What You Will Do Inspect electronic components, PCB assemblies, cable assemblies, and finished products Verify workmanship, solder quality, component placement, labeling, and overall assembly compliance Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections Perform functional and electrical testing of completed assemblies Document inspection and test results accurately Identify and escalate quality issues when needed Follow ESD control, quality, and safety procedures Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Experience in electronics manufacturing, inspection, testing, or quality assurance Ability to read assembly drawings, work instructions, and technical documentation Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications IPC-A-610 Certification IPC J-STD-001 Certification Experience with PCB assemblies and electronic test equipment Experience in an ESD-controlled environment Why Join Us?
