Weekly Pay! $30.00/Hour Shift: M-F 8 AM to 5 PM Description: Develop training processes and procedures for the bakery Streamline training process for new hires Maintenance and organization of training files 80% of the time will be spent on the production floor The role will require learning all positions in the production area of the facility Reports directly to Production Supervisor Qualifications: Attention to detail and computer proficiency required Strong verbal and written communication skills Must be able to perform all production roles, which require: standing, pushing/pulling/lifting up to 50 pounds, stacking boxes up to 7 feet | |
