Position Overview The Customer Service Representative will act as a primary liaison between customers and the company. Schedule and Compensation - Temporary for 3-4 months. - Hours: Monday ? Friday, 8:00 AM ? 5:00 PM - Pay: $16.00/hr Key Responsibilities - Answer and direct incoming calls in a prompt, professional, and friendly manner. - Take and deliver accurate messages when callers cannot be connected directly. - Provide basic information regarding the organization, services, and policies. - Maintain detailed call logs and records of incoming calls and caller details. - Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and updating databases. - Follow established company policies and procedures for call handling and customer service. Requirements - Strong computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office. - Ability to provide exceptional customer service. - Previous experience with data entry.
