Job Summary We are seeking Installation Associates at both entry-level and advanced skill levels to install residential appliances in new construction and existing homes. Appliances include dishwashers, ranges, ovens, cooktops, vent hoods, microwaves, refrigerators, and laundry equipment. Advanced installers will handle specialized, high-end appliances, including professional ranges, built-in refrigeration, wall ovens, raised ventilation systems, and panel-ready appliances. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Entry-level candidates with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply, as training is available. Key Responsibilities Safely handle and install gas and electric residential appliances according to manufacturer specifications. Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete installations correctly. Test installed appliances to verify proper functionality and ensure quality standards are met. Inspect completed work, including installations performed by coworkers, to identify and correct issues. Provide professional, courteous, and detail-oriented customer service, ensuring a high-quality customer experience. Communicate installation details, concerns, and updates to customers and management. Document completed work, job notes, and installation details using third-party software applications. Participate in team meetings and communicate installation-related concerns to management. Follow all applicable safety procedures, installation guidelines, and quality standards.
