JobsRUs.com is seeking to hire an Environmental Service Attendant for our client in Hendersonville, TN! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! Pay Rate - $18/hr 2nd Shift: Sunday-Saturday, 2pm-10:30pm Job Description Responsible for cleaning clinical and non clinical areas of the facility in accordance with departmental and hospital policy. Will also perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. Major Responsibilities: Quality ? Adhere to safety and sanitation policies. ? Adhere to storage, handling and disposal of RMW, Hazmat, soild waste and linen. ? Maintain and adhere to Environmental Service uniform and personal appearance standards at all time ? Report all hazards and unsafe work conditions Service ? Focus on patient experience and follow all patient experience standards ? Collaborate with leadership with recommendations for patient experience improvement. ? Manage service recovery as needed. People ? Foster a culture of commitment to the HCA vision, mission, and values of the organization. ? Participate in team and individual employee training. Growth ? Participate in training with senior housekeepers to further develop/advance within the industry. Finance ? Correctly utize all supplies and resources at all times to eliminate waste. ? Follow all time keeping standards: time clock procedures,meal breaks, timely clocking Other ? Performs other duties as assigned. Education & Experience: ? High School Graduate or Equivalent. ? 1 + years of experience in healthcare ? 1 + years of experience in housekeeping or service in a related field | |
