Pay $18.00/hour Schedule: Monday?Friday, 8:30 AM?5:30 PM Responsibilities: Manage and respond to customer interactions across social media and online review platforms. Monitor and respond to reviews on Yelp, Google, Amazon, and other website portals. Manage live chats and customer inquiries. Represent the company professionally across social media platforms. Assist with maintaining a positive online brand presence. Requirements: Social media work experience required. Strong customer service and communication skills. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite. Outlook experience preferred. Ability to handle multiple online platforms and customer interactions.
