CorTech is seeking to hire a Food Prep I for our client in Bay Shore, NY! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $17.00/Hour Shift Details 1st / Day must be OK/have experience in a cold/wet environment. Must have slip resistant shoes (must say "slip resistant" on the show box/tag)-- NO UGGS!!! Environment: temp is 32-36 degrees, must wear several layers of clothes and SLIP RESISTANT SHOES making chicken and beef kebabs (wooden board with small holes used to create and stack the kebabs, seal them up in a package and send Prepares salads, sauces, desserts, etc. according to proper preparation methods. Responsible for standard food service work including sanitation duties, and various serving responsibilities. Has knowledge of proper food handling procedures and government regulations regarding the food code. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent and experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. | |
