Job Summary:

We are in search of career driven and community oriented individuals that look to flourish and grow in a collaborative team environment. We're looking for people with a background in customer support and/or data entry with experience in managing tickets, client interaction, and efficient organization. Our goal is to locate candidates with a passion for helping people and assisting local and domestic businesses with their development. Ideally, candidates must be comfortable working in a dynamic environment where cooperation and team efficiency is greatly considered and valued.

Responsibilities:

-> Assisting clients and providing quality customer care
-> Managing tickets to ensure issues are handled correctly
-> Processing orders and billing inquiries
-> Properly escalating complex issues to the appropriate department
-> Document all customer interactions to maintain organized records
-> Providing support to small business owners (via Inbound/Outbound Calls, Emails, Chat)


Qualifications:

Bachelor?s or Associate?s Degree in Business, Accounting or related field (Preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. (Required) ***
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
Ability to multitask and establish work priorities.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of legal and accounting terminology a plus.
