Shift- Swing
Pay 18-20 DOE + Weekly Pay

Job Responsibilities/Duties

Maintains function and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by implementing a preventive maintenance program; operating and testing systems and equipment; restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts.
Improves and evaluates function and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by studying performance results; identifying, recommending, and implementing changes, expansions, and additions.
Meets maintenance operational standards by contributing maintenance information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems
Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal codes and regulations.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.
Accomplishes maintenance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Skills/Qualifications

Previous printing, bindery or packaging industry experience preferred
Ability to make decisions independently
Maintain good attendance
Excellent people and communication skills
Act in a professional manner and be a team player at all times
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and have basic computer skills
Working knowledge of electronics and good mechanical aptitude
Ability to read schematics and mechanical drawings
Ability to interface with vendors and equipment manufacturers
Basic understanding of facilities maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and repairs
Great communicator who can stimulate others while being firm, direct, and self-assured
Experienced in the use of basic test equipment
Ability to work 12 hour shifts as necessary (based on production needs)
