Cor-Tech has several openings in ST Albans, VT at Ben & Jerry's for day and night shifts with great starting pay and no experience required. As a Production Operator/Machine operator or warehouse worker, you will be a part of an integral team operating equipment to produce a quality product. What to know about these roles ? Weekly Pay ? Night shift is $24.73 per hour, plus OT every other week = $55,989 per year if you work all scheduled hours. ? Opportunity to move up 3 more pay level grades, based on performance and learning new equipment once made permanent. This will also include pay increases for each level. ? Medical, dental, vision, 401k, short- & long-term disability, Life insurance and PTO Time. ? 12 Hour shifts, Day and Night Available: Hours are 7PM ? 7:30AM ? week 1: Work: Monday/Tuesday Off: Wednesday/Thursday Work: Friday/Saturday/Sunday ? Week 2: Off: Monday/Tuesday Work: Wednesday/Thursday Off: Friday/Saturday/Sunday ? Week 3: same as week 1 AND Week 4: same as week 2 Overview of the Production Operator Role ? Maintaining clean workstations ? Changing and adding fruit to fillers ? Adding pints cups and lids into machines while maintaining the operations and ensuring there are no issues. ? Troubleshooting/fixing equipment as needed Help box finished product with boxer ? Monitoring and staying ahead of equipment alarms. Who makes a Good Machine Operator? ? Good decision-making ability ? Enjoy working in a team environment. ? Ability to lift 35 pounds and the ability to work in a noisy environment. ? Good attendance and teamwork ? Able to stand for 12 hours shifts while lifting and moving product.
