CorTech is seeking to hire a Assembler 2 for our client in Houston, TX! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $20.00/Hour Have flexibility to work 3rd shift Job description: ? Working with team to have customer equipment built on time and meeting customer expectations; ? Reading and understanding instructions to assemble/disassemble parts and components ? Keeping the workstations orderly and, storing & maintaining the tools, parts, equipment, and documentation etc. ? Executing tasks, following the targets and deadlines for assembling process; ? We need you to always look after your safety as well as all others working around you. ? We need for you to bring drive and initiative to work efficiently. ? Previous experience on Trip and Throttle Valves (preferable); ? Experience on Assembling equipment; ? Ability to use overhead crane; ? Ability to use standard assembling tools (Wrenches, screwdrivers, electric tools, Air tools,..) 18 months to three (3) experience; inspect and test semi-complex wiring installations, assemblies, and circuits for resistance factors and for operation; and record results. Assemble electrical or electronic systems and support structures; and install components, units, subassemblies, wiring, and assembly casings, using rivets, bolts, soldering and micro-welding equipment. Adjust, repair, or replace electrical or electronic component parts to correct defects and to ensure conformance to specifications. Clean parts, using cleaning solutions, air hoses, and cloths. Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, and reports in order to determine materials requirements and assembly instructions. Mark and tag components so that stock inventory can be tracked and identified. Position, align, and adjust work pieces and electrical parts to facilitate wiring and assembly. Pack finished assemblies for shipment and transport them to storage areas, using hoists or hand trucks. Confer with supervisors or engineers to plan and review work activities, and to resolve production problems. Explain assembly procedures or techniques to other workers. | |
