Machine Operator Key Responsibilities ? Making sure the spec sheet, production ticket, and program match ? Maintaining the machine targets ? Re-threading machines quickly and accurately ? Checking for defects ? Keeping machines full Machine Operator Qualifications ? PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE ON 3RD SHIFT A MUST ? Basic Mathematic Skills and attention to detail ? Strong communication skills and experience in manufacturing operation ? Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset ?
