CorTech is seeking to hire a Maintenance Manager for our client in Little Rock, AR! Benefits Available! As a Maintenance Manager, you will ensure the maintenance team has the necessary tools, training and required resources to perform creative facility maintenance at the plant. You will bring the strategy for development of the team, manage the maintenance budget and support manufacturing and engineering plans. Key Responsibilities Provide a safe and healthy work environment for employees through proper maintenance of equipment and facilities while ensuring adherence to applicable environmental, health and safety regulations and standards. Manage the maintenance budget for the facility while ensuring equipment reliability, performance and integrity. Oversee and develop the maintenance team (scheduling, approving time cards, resolving issues, identifying training opportunities). Maintain an inclusive, work environment, engaging all levels of operation to improve departmental excellence. Provide project support to the engineering department. Provide direction and guidance to plant contractors. Identify and vetting vendors for service agreements and supply opportunities. Qualifications Technical degree required preferably Engineering or equivalent with experience in employee management including leadership of support responsibilities and staff operating in a team concept. Requires technical knowledge related to facility service equipment and all equipment related to manufacturing Will work with all levels in the organization from the Director level to all levels within Technical, Distribution and Manufacturing. | |
