Job Description:

Responsibilities

Create regular reports for websites to provide deep dive analysis into site/content performance and learnings, as well as presentations on specific topics for stakeholders

Compiling and reviewing traffic performance reports by regularly extracting data analysis from Google Analytics

Work with GA / GTM engineering team members and product managers to outline new tracking opportunities for website analysis

Reviewing and analyzing website, content strategy and customer-facing applications for areas that can be improved and optimized

Provide content strategy analysis and insights on keyword research, on-page tactics, and content development/optimization opportunities and gaps for the website

Assist stakeholders in creating dashboards and learning to obtain and assess data from website or other customer-facing applications/experiences

Provide traffic and digital experience analysis guidance to digital product managers and content strategists

Website analysis to help guide leadership to both large-scale website recommendations and suggestions to drive website strategy

Review website performance with business stakeholders to highlight areas of improvement to increase value



Skills/Experience:

Bachelor?s degree in field with 2+ years exp. OR Master?s degree in field with 3+ years exp.

Degree in Communications, Marketing, Information Science / Information Technology, Computer Science with relevant work experience

Background in data, strong level understand of data science; 2-3 years of experience in website analytics, experience working with large-scale ecommerce a plus

Ability to present valid and accurate insights, with strong understanding of reliable measurement and levels of certainty

Experience with analytics and performance tools: Google/Bing Webmaster Tools, Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.

Experience utilizing Google Analytics to perform data analysis, build custom dashboards, and perform detailed/segmented reporting

Ability to accurately analyze data, extract insights, and turn them into actionable recommendations

Ability to communicate data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences

Basic knowledge of digital marketing and inbound lead generation

Ability to work successfully with cross-functional teams & brands, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines

Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems

Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

Agile project management skills

Self-motivated, performance and results driven

Ability to lead through ambiguity and is a creative problem solver

A team player with high energy
