CorTech is seeking to hire an Industrial Control Systems Technician for our client in Glendale, AZ! Benefits Available! Pay Rate - $25.50/hr Day Shift Job Description Under direct supervision, assigned daily work. May explain instructions and documentation to plan work activities. We are seeking qualified candidates to assemble, install, dismantle, move, troubleshoot, and repair conveyor systems. Candidates will have experience reading blueprints and schematics, troubleshooting issues, and performing preventative maintenance. Required Education ? High School Diploma or equivalent. ? OSHA 30 Certification within 90 days of hiring Required Experience ? 3+ years of Material Handling Equipment or related field experience ? 3+ years' experience installing conveyors ? Demonstrates proven knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within conveyor systems installations ? Competent with several types of conveyor product lines Required Skills ? Safety First Attitude - Zeroharm. ? Basic understanding of lockout/tagout. ? Basic knowledge of hand tools and proper tool and hardware ID. ? Ability to read and use reference manuals. ? Ability to follow basic instructions and exceptional problem-solving skills. ? Have a can-do attitude and eager to learn new skills. ? Basic knowledge of conveyor vocabulary. ? Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards. ? Minimum three years of Material Handling Equipment or related field experience ? Minimum three years of recent experience installing conveyors. ? Demonstrates proven knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within conveyor systems installations ? Competent with several types of conveyor product lines ? Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned. | |
