CorTech is seeking to hire a PV Systems Support for our client in St. Joseph, MO! Pay rate: 35.70 Duties: Hybrid Schedule (some days in office and some days remote) possibility to extend another year Hours 8-5 Responsibilities Responsible for running routine reports and queries from the Global Pharmacovigilance database (PV-Works) tables Support computerized system validation test script writing and execution as assigned Responsible for Pharmacovigilance systems Product Dictionary entries and routine maintenance into databases Responsible to triage tickets for system support Support new user set up in Pharmacovigilance database Responsible for scribing minutes in team meetings as assigned Support GPV Intranet site maintenance Support Training coordination for PV user community Support Communication to Pharmacovigilance system user community (e.g. PV newsletter) Support Pharmacovigilance system monitoring and liaise with IT to resolve system issues Supports review of Pharmacovigilance documentation and training assignments Support PV Documentation organization and archiving All other duties assigned by Leadership SKILLS Experience with computerized systems databases (including entering data, data monitoring, running reports) SQL experience Well organized; ability to prioritize assigned tasks Education: IT or Business Degree preferred (Associate or Bachelors) Preferred: experience with administration of validated computerized systems | |
