CorTech is seeking to hire a Associate Manager- HR for our client in White Plains, NY!

This temporary role will support critical change management and organizational development for enterprise-wide transformation initiatives in the Client region. A key enabler of our strategic plan, these changes require a high degree of focus and change management across the organization. He/she will work closely with the core transformation team including business leaders, transformation leads in the business, and HR leads to support the design, delivery and implementation of the various transformations within the US businesses. This includes ongoing evaluation of the organizational design, modernizing business practices and working norms, overseeing development of technology systems investments, and shepherding implementation of other business investments.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Helping to support and manage a detailed master plan of activities tied to the strategic review of our Premium Dairy business to ensure work is on track across multiple project streams

Supporting the core transformation team on other transformation projects to deliver execution against objectives, project milestones and deliverables (while removing barrier and ensuring processes and activities are successful)

Play key role in tracking communications materials in partnership with HR, business leads and communications team

Support creation of Steering Committee materials mainly in PowerPoint and Excel

Partner with transformation teams and finance on cost tracking as needed

Liaise with HR counterparts on various processes and administrative updates

Improve HR process efficiency, helping to connect dots and people

Problem solving issues and anticipating derailers


About You:

Bachelor?s Degree in HR, Business or related field

Minimum 4 years experience in HR, change management, project management or consulting field

Strong project management and organizational skills

Excellent ability to collaborate, work seamlessly across, and influence stakeholders in a fast-paced, complex matrix environment

A successful track-record of scoping solutions to complex, ambiguous, and challenging issues

Strong ability to work in an agile way, adjusting priorities, timelines as things change across the business and projects

Self-motivated, passionate about transformation, intellectual curiosity and courage to challenge

Innovative thinker, change agent, and foster continuous learning

Inclusive attitude and team player within and outside of the transformation team

Superior experience with Excel, PowerPoint and Word

OrgVue experience a plus
