CorTech is looking to hire a Plant Operations Administrator for our client in Kansas City, MO 64116. Benefits and weekly pay available! $28.00/hr Activities may include: HR RESPONSIBILITIES: Supports hiring and onboarding activities for new hires including: Point of contact coordinating on-site interviews Arranges all pre-employment testing and screenings Organizes all pre-hire employee set up including: office/work space, uniforms, technology, etc Responsible for time clock initiation for hourly staff With others, develops onboarding schedule and training Assists employee with set up of benefits, direct deposit, tax forms, etc. Responsible for HRMS data input supporting hire and other record changes; prepares reports from HRMS Maintains HR files, including I-9 and E-Verify. Processes bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salary non-exempt staff Creates annual operator work schedule and updates contact lists First point of contact for all HR related question; works closely with Regional HR Manager Assists in roll out and implementation of all HR programs including wellness/benefits, tuition reimbursements, boot/uniform/ eyeglass program etc. Administers FMLA/Disability and return to work process. Site training coordinator, interfacing with talent management and reporting groups ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES First contact for all customers, visitors, solicitors, contractors, and calls to the site; provides safety training in absence of HESQ Specialist Initiates and coordinates community relation events under guidance of Leadership team Serves as administrative support coordinator for social media internal/external Supports SAP requisitioning and invoice processing site wide; Prepares and releases blanket and individual requisitions. Supports Maintenance department documenting SAP work orders Provides general administrative support for all office personnel as needed including: order miscellaneous supplies Key organizer for plant meetings and site functions arrange meals /catering as required documents site team meetings as required Serves as Document Control Administrator Manage site pest control program, cleaning services and document shredding services Manages small capital projects such as office renovations LOGISTICS/HES BACK UP and OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES Serves as primary back up to the Logistics Coordinator; learns and understands essential elements in the supply chain process to service our customers Serves as primary back up to the HESQ Specialist; learns and supports weekly testing and documentation and resupply of PPE/first aid ets. Participates in Plant general inspections. Other projects as required The successful candidate will have: high school diploma or equivalent; associates degree in business a plus 2-3 years experience in a manufacturing office Strong communication skills Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and other PC applications. SAP experience (or similar) strongly preferred Ability to work independently and focus on detail Ability to maintain strict confidentiality on personal information Ability to organize daily work and prioritize Ability to influence without authority | |
