Description: Supports internal training staff to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of training material to students in a virtual environment. Ensures all documentation and associated material is prepared for virtual classroom training of Customer Service Representatives. Collaborates with students to ensure they are receiving appropriate level of training to perform job responsibilities. Updates routine and standardized training programs. Maintains records of training activities and employee progress and monitors effectiveness of programs. Requirements:Bachelor?s Degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience preferred. ? Associates Degree with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience or High School/GED with the completion of the relevant progression program and 6 years relevant experience required. ? Working knowledge of customer information and ancillary systems, customer service policy and procedures. ? Experience working in a formal management system. | |
