CorTech is hiring for a CMM Operator/Inspector for our client in Loves Park, IL This is a direct hire opportunity! Pay based on experience 2nd shift hours 3pm-11pm The CMM inspector is responsible for inspecting a coordinate measuring machine. The job duties include developing programs to inspect the CMM machine, ensuring the machine is working correctly, and calibrating the machine to ensure proper measuring. The qualifications required include a high school diploma and certifications in the use of a CMM machine. Strong analytical skills and experience working with the CMM machine and its software are a must. Must also have between one and two years of previous experience. Must be able to read gauges and instruments and understand geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
