CorTech is seeking to hire a RN Hospice for our client in Oklahoma City, OK! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $51.72/Hour FLU and COVID-19: All travelers must be completely vaccinated PRIOR TO START. SHIFT INFO Shift variable Shifts per week 5 Hours per shift 8 EXPERIENCE Years of Experience One Year Plus Specialties Hospice - required CERTIFICATIONS Certifications BLS ? required DESCRIPTION Unit: Hospice Specialty: Home Health / Hospice The primary nurse is a professional registered nurse that assesses, plans, supervises, implements and evaluates the individualized care of each home care patient through the use of the nursing process. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Client Service Standards. Required licensure: Current Oklahoma RN License Required certification: BLS Other: Demonstrates competence by completion of Universal Skills Inventory and Unit Specific Skills Check List within first three months of employment and undated annually. | |
