Lead data management activities for certain tasks within the bi-annual promotion cycle, including the maintenance of data related to promotion nominations and outcomes, HRIS (Workday) data and transfer of data to compensation planning tool (HRsoft). Act as first point of contact for HR Specialists (HRS) and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) for data integrity during the promotion process. Lead data audits to ensure accuracy ahead of major reporting milestones within the promotion cycle. Act as internal consultant to project managers, Compensation team, People Analytics team and People Team leadership in identifying and resolving potential data risks and issues before they arise. Skills: 2+ years of professional experience in managing data/records. Strong quantitative skills with experience in spreadsheets (Google Sheets experience is a strong plus). Great attention to detail; passionate about delivering exceptional quality in reports and data analysis, including to build automated data quality checks in spreadsheets. Strong communication.
