Shifts Available: Monday-Thursday 4:45PM-3:15AM $16/hour Friday-Sunday 6AM-6PM $16.75/hour Additional incentives - $50 weekly bonus for perfect attendance JOB STATEMENT: Set up, operate, or tend machinery that bends metal work pieces according to production schedule. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: ? Measure completed work pieces to verify conformance to specs, using templates or rulers. ? Examine completed work pieces for defects and sort defective pieces according to types of flaws. ? Read work orders or production schedules to determine specifications locations of c-angle. ? Load metal work pieces into machines. ? Set up, operate, or tend machines to bend metal material. ? Start machines, monitor their operations, and record operational data. ? Test and adjust machine speeds or actions, according to product specifications, using gauges and hand tools. ? Install, align, and lock specified punches, dies, cutting blades, or other fixtures in rams or beds of machines, using gauges, templates, feelers, shims, and hand tools. ? Clean and lubricate machines. ? Position, align, and secure work pieces against fixtures or stops on machine beds or on dies. ? Keep work area clean and neat. ? Other duties as assigned. JOB SPECIFICATIONS: ? High school diploma or equivalent preferred. ? One to two years previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience. ? Basic reading, writing and math skills required. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: ? Must regularly lift up to 50 pounds. ? Regularly required to walk, stand, and bend. ?
