CorTech is seeking to hire a Data Analyst for our client in Exton, PA! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $20.00/Hour M-F 8am - 5pm EST Purpose of the job: Collect, integrate, analyze, and present the organization's raw data to create insightful and actionable business information. Job Context: We seek a data enthusiast who has a passion for analytics, can easily connect the dots between various data points, and promote a digital and data-driven way of working. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Data Governance and Solutions. It?s a dynamic job that requires good energy and thinking outside the box. Job Content: Key Areas of Accountability / Responsibility Collect, integrate, analyze, and present the organization's raw data to create insightful and actionable business information. Improve and optimize processes & systems related to our core Enterprise Technology Landscape Act as the workstream lead on projects that require defining, extracting, and transforming data from system to system Create, design, and customize comprehensive data visualizations, including charts, tables, and report layouts using PowerBI or Tableau Work with stakeholders to help them leverage data and technology to maximize business impact Analyzes a wide variety of data to derive insights Research, analyze, synchronize, maintain, modify, interpret, validate, and prepare data, information and content used in making business decisions. Develop tools and systems to manage this information. Output is used for forecasting, costing, planning, positioning, trending, measuring, controlling financial risk, contracting and administration. Present findings and articulate results SHE & Security: It is the responsibility of each employee to work in a safe and responsible manner in order to create an injury-free and incident-free workplace. Complexity of the job Support the Digital Team with projects and initiatives that involve the exploration, discovery, collection, analysis, and transformation of both large and small data sets from various sources to enable solutions, drive efficiency, and promote digital ways of working. Knowledge and educational level Bachelor's degree Experience in Power BI, Tableau and/or other data visualization tools SQL knowledge, including writing complex, performant queries to pull data from multiple platforms including SQL Server Experience in (Master) Data Management, Data Cleansing and/or Data Engineering Experience in key technology platforms and systems used internally at Client e.g. SAP, Data Warehouse, AWS Cloud, CRM, Microsoft Office365 Power Platform amongst others Knowledge of data analytics, models, and algorithms (Machine Learning) Skilled with managing large data set manipulation tools (advanced excel formulas, macros, pivot tables, data validation, data modelling etc.) Knowledge of master data management concepts Demonstrated solid analytical and methodical problem-solving skills Required level of experiences 2+ years of experience analyzing data to solve a wide variety of business problems and create data visualizations that drive strategic direction. | |
