Shift details are flexible as long as the candidate can work 20 hours per week between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Central, Monday through Friday. The ideal shift would be 9-12 Monday ? Friday

Client award-winning Global Communications team creates and delivers the stories that bring to life our company?s strategy, insights, capabilities and portfolio through audio/visual design, employee engagement, social media, public relations, and much more.

We are looking for a collaborative, resourceful and detail-oriented individual to perform a variety of administrative duties for our Global Communications team, with specific emphasis on Communications Planning & Performance. You will assist the team in executing our daily business needs, support our productivity and innovation efforts, and gain a thorough understanding of the dynamics and functioning of a Global Communications organization.

Responsibilities

· Manage office and administrative functions and tasks, including but not limited to processing invoices, expense reports and recognition program distributions

· Coordinate and manage meetings and events, as needed, including capability building and team events

· Prepare and coordinate the preparation of presentations and documents for team and internal company use (e.g., quarterly reports, standard decks, translated materials)

· Assist in managing and maintaining documents and data repository for Global Communications team

· Opportunity for expanded communications team assignments, including webcast preparation, reporting, editorial calendar management, video/photo/audio creation and editing, and more

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Hands-on and resourceful; a champion for a collaborative work environment.

· Problem-solving, project management and organizational and time management skills with an attention to detail and follow-up. Ability to handle multiple priorities, work under time constraints, and meet deadlines.

· Excellent communication and listening skills, with emphasis on writing succinctly and effectively.

· Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Calendar, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) required; Adobe product experience (Photoshop, Acrobat) a plus.
