Job Title: Production Worker - Hot Tub Manufacturing Facility Location: North Las Vegas, NV Job Type: Full-time Pay Rate: $14.25/hr Job Description: We are seeking a skilled production worker to join our team at a hot tub manufacturing facility in Las Vegas, NV. The production worker will be responsible for performing various tasks to manufacture high-quality hot tubs. Responsibilities: Operate machinery and equipment to assemble and manufacture hot tubs according to production schedule Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to ensure accurate product specifications Perform quality checks on completed hot tubs to ensure they meet company standards Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure they are in good working order Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth production flow Participate in training programs and adhere to established company policies and procedures Perform other duties as assigned by management Qualifications: Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred, but not required Ability to operate machinery and equipment, training provided Basic math skills Attention to detail and commitment to quality Strong communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodations.
