Pay: $40.00/HR Schedule: Full time, possible OT Provide protection services for Constellation Executives and Board of Directors with 24/7 availability ? Provide secure tactical driving services for Exelon executives with 24/7 availability; will utilize Constellation vehicles ? Likely to have law enforcement, military or private security experience ? Conduct counter-surveillance services for select Constellation executives ? Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion regarding all corporate matters, especially executive conversations, and communications (Disclosure Agreement) ? Provide security/protective services for events held by or attended by Constellation Executives and Board of Directors, and ensure a smooth transition from each venue ? Conduct events advances, security assessments and investigations on an as needed basis involving Constellation?s Executive Committee and Board of Directors. ? Interface with and maintain a working relationship with federal, state, and local law enforcement professionals, executive protection specialists in other corporations, and vendors providing executive protection services ? Plan and provide protection services for international travel involving Constellation?s Executive Committee. ? Provide residential vulnerability assessment services, including the coordination of security system installations/upgrades, to select executives ? Provide controls and risk mitigation recommendations to management ? Engage regulators and councils on critical infrastructure ? Act as a liaison to law enforcement networks ? There is the likelihood for OT each week ? Bachelors Degree strongly preferred, but strong experience will be considered in lieu of the degree ? 10+ years experience ? Computer literate with Microsoft programs ? EPP or PSP certifications are desirable (from vendors that focus on protection details) ? Experience with advances, business continuity and crisis management desired ? Should be local to the Point Street location in Baltimore, but will travel upwards of 15-20% of the time. Some travel is likely to be international. ? Will not carry a firearm in the role Description: PURPOSE ? Provide protection services for Client Executives and Board of Directors with 24/7 availability. Conduct counter-surveillance on selected executives for Corporate Security. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion regarding all corporate matters, especially executive conversations, and communications (45%) 2. Provide support for Corporate Security functions and activities (Board Meetings. GOC Meetings and Annual Shareholder Meeting, tabletop exercises, Executive Protection, Crisis Management and Business Continuity Planning, etc.) (25%) 3. Conduct daily security advances and assessments of physical locations (20%) 4. Establish and maintain federal, state, county and local law enforcement contacts and relationships (5%) 5. Assist in supporting security for executive floors through employee awareness (5%) SPECIFICATIONS Minimum: ? Bachelor?s degree nice to have ? 10 years of law enforcement or executive protection experience with a medium to large agency or the equivalent combination of law enforcement/private investigative experience ? Ability to obtain concealed carry permits for applicable states, as necessary. ? Excellent communication skills, both written and oral ? Knowledge of PC/desktop workstation applications: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook ? 24/7 availability ? Ability to travel, both domestically and internationally ? Ability to obtain (Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act (LEOSA) qualifications Preferred: ? Advanced degree ? Ability to obtain and maintain a secret or top-secret clearance ? Certifications: Certified Executive Protection Professional (EPP), Physical Security Professional (PSP), and/or other related certifications ? Experience in conducting advances of physical facilities ? Experience in business continuity and crisis management ? Prior corporate security, executive protection, and/or dignitary protection experience SCOPE ? Provide driving and protective services (including personal protection, residential security, travel security and special event security) for senior management ? Interact with all levels of employees, including senior executives and corresponding outside parties ? Mitigate threats to the Company?s people, infrastructure, and assets by responding to an array of emerging security issues potentially impacting Client Corporation ?
