Medical, Dental, Vision, 401-K all starting day one. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to work Monday-Friday. Must be able to stand for 8 hours a day. Must be able pass Background Check. We do have a second chance program for those who qualify. Must be able to pass Drug Test. No HSD or GED Necessary! Responsibilities & Duties: Responsible for monitoring and communicating any process or product abnormalities to your Supervisor or Team Leader. Performing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP?s) at all times. Operators could be used on any production line or shift for business needs. Responsible to follow Food safety requirements such as Good Manufacturing Practices and other daily/job specific duties to support the Quality Risk Management Practices. Follow all factory and company policies Perform all other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Team Leader. Qualifications: Read, write and comprehend written instructions and technical applications Effective communication skills Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and steps. Frequently required to reach with hands and arms. Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Close vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually high, and ear protection is required. Ability to work in all areas of the facility including hot and cold areas. May work near moving mechanical parts. Must be able to work flexible hours; overtime and weekends as necessary. -- | |
