CorTech is a service-oriented staffing/recruiting company dedicated to working closely with our clients. We are currently hiring Assemblers in Columbia, MO. Pay Rate $22/hr Weekends ONLY!! Friday & Saturday 6:30 PM-6:30 AM Ability to work Sunday evenings to get up to 30 hours weekly Requirements: - High school diploma or GED - Must have manual dexterity (use of hands) - Strong sense of urgency - Attention to detail and quality - Communicates clearly with team members - Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment - Must be able to stand at work station for the entirety of the shift Job duties include but not limited to: - Initiates each job with a verified first piece of product that meets quality standards, follows in-process inspection procedures, checks quality of work visually, and verifies inspections are completing records. - Performs assembly operations in a safe manner based on prescribed safety methods as instructed by supervisor and/or leader . - Assembles sub-assembly and final assembly based on standardized manufacturing routings in an efficient manner in compliance with cycle times and production We look forward to working with you; CorTech Cares!
