Join our team now at Client as R&D Robotics Development Co-op. This is a role well suited to an ambitious student, looking for the next step in their career. As a R&D Robotics Hardware Development Co-op, you will be responsible to: ? Support the R&D group in the conceptualization and application of new technologies ? Design electromechanical test fixtures to assist test operations and assembly ? Test new or existing products in the development cycle to characterize performance ? Develop and revise test protocols, test reports, assembly procedures, and work instructions ? Assist in parts ordering, parts receiving, inspection, documentation, building and integrating the medical robots such as cable assemblies, motors, PCBs, and mechanical subsystems ? Help in building, troubleshooting, maintaining, upgrading, and documenting electromechanical and robotic systems as well as test setups This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Client ? Hands-on experience in assembly, and troubleshooting of electromechanical systems ? Demonstrated CAD (SolidWorks) proficiency ? Experience with LabView, MATLAB, Simulink ? Inquisitive and detail oriented ? Self-motivated, organized, able to multitask, and comfortable with aggressive deadlines ? Proficient in using MS Office, in particular Excel and Word Required qualifications to have for the success of this role ? Mechanical engineering or Mechatronics major. Other majors with Robotics concentration will be considered ? High GPA is highly desired ?
