Job Title: Energy Engineer Pay Rate: $55/hr Shift: 9am -5pm This position is for a CONTRACT POSITION based on performance contract can be extended several times and provides potential for full-time employment. Candidate will work with the engineering team as a Staff Augmentee. Responsibilities include: Performing desk reviews to verify and validate savings analysis and calculations on various facilities within our service territory. Determine appropriate baseline consideration and utilize industry standards to verify savings. Maintain working queue to ensure projects are being completed in a timely manner. Coordinate with 3rd party vendors and ensure projects are being completed in a timely manner. Ensure desk reviews by the 3rd party vendors are compliant with Con Edison's program requirements. Required Skills: Bachelors of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Environmental, Industrial, Sustainability). 3+ Years of working experience in Energy Engineering & Building Systems Design. Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint Expert Understanding of building HVAC Systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Skills: Certified Energy Manager certification (CEM). Experience with Heat Pump technology Energy modeling experience (eQuest, TRACE 700, TRACE 3D) | |
