CorTech is seeking to hire a AP Analyst for our client in MALVERN, PA ! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $21.00/Hour 1st Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Qualifications: KNOWLEDGE Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable Skills Required: ? Capable of working well under pressure and effective in resolving conflicts positively ? Strong communication, motivation, and time management skills ? SAP and/or QAD experience required. ? Skills and knowledge of accounts payable processing activities ? Demonstrated analytical skills and attention to detail. ? Able to identify patterns & trends. ? Able to operate independently and as part of a team. ? Microsoft office intermediate or above proficiency required ? Able to work in spreadsheets that contain maybe 400,000 - 500,000 lines of data. Candidate must be local, as there is a hybrid work requirement. Responsibilities: This is not an invoice processing job. It is an outsourced vendor oversight program along with customer support. GENERAL FUNCTION Responsible for the oversight of an outsource accounts payable model. This will include the following: ? Work within an oversight governance structure to monitor offshore team performance utilizing various reports and systems. o Be a business liaison between Saint-Gobain entities and offshore service partner. o Within the structure utilize various system and analytics to develop predictive oversight. o Capture and escalate service partner processor errors via service issue mailbox. o Work with customer to resolve invoice issues in a timely manner. ? Learn and apply the non-standard, business specific guidelines for invoice processing and approval, as required. ? Work with the businesses on process improvements. ? Customer Service support to the business o Respond to internal queries and requests o Support offshore partners if needed in supplier inquiries ? Escalate issues to the manager as appropriate. Other tasks as assigned by manager... In addition, incumbent must: ? Become knowledgeable of and must follow the established Service Level Agreement (SLA). ? Become knowledgeable of and follow Saint-Gobain internal controls. ? Practice and promote the Group?s General Principles of Conduct and Action. This position has access to information which requires tact and confidentiality. Comments/Special Instructions Temp-to-Hire AP Analyst, based on performance. Must be Microsoft Proficient, specifically Excel. Hybrid work environment, so candidate must be local to the Malvern/Philadelphia area. | |
