Description:

Job Title: Repair Center Support Coordinator
BR: $40
100% onsite
Schedule: start time 7/8am, end time 3/4pm

Able to work in fast passed environment
Comfortable working on computer
Prefers someone to have experience with customer service, tech Service, or dispatching services
hand held instruments (some are heavy) for maintenance or shipped to there to the repair center
Perform some admin work
Comfortable with doing inventory, stocking shelves
Ok with getting a little dirty and being on feet for long periods of time
stock room experience would be a plus
able to communicate via email with customers
Education: HS diploma or GED

In the role of The North America Repair Center Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for a variety of duties in support of the mission of the Repair Center. This position is based in our Bedford MA facility, and is not eligible for remote work arrangements, due to the nature of the Repair Center?s work.
You will play a critical role in ensuring that the team is operating to a high degree of efficiency and quality. Your organizational skills, knowledge of the business, and attention to detail will contribute to your success, the team?s success, and overall business value.

This position will include both administrative and hands-on tasks- you can expect to be working at a desk and on your feet at various tasks. Over the course of the day, you will be opening boxes, moving carts and pallets with the provided tools, organizing storage of instruments and components, entering data into our database, answering the phone, and working with our technicians and customers. This role will give you the opportunity to learn new skills on a regular basis.


Responsibilities:
? You will be the main point of contact for callers and visitors to the Repair Center.
? Will work with the internal support groups within MilliporeSigma (Sales, Logistics, Tech Service, and Distribution) and with the end-users of our instruments.
? Receive incoming customer materials that are sent to the RC for service
? Responding to requests from internal and external customers for:
o Tools and demonstration equipment to be shipped to them
o Documents for the Repair Center database
o Status on in-process service
? Using the existing software in place for management of calibration tools used in house and in the field (Cloud-based Salesforce.com CRM)
? Receiving supplies from our warehouse and external business partners
? Manage supply cabinets as needed in the Repair Center, including service parts and office supplies, maintaining minimum quantities, placing orders, and following up to ensure the material needed by the RC is always available
? General Admin Duties including:
o Calendar Management
o Coordinate Team Events
o Meeting/scheduling coordination
? As your comfort in the role increases, additional tasks will be added depending on time and skills available, to include
o Calibration on specific tools and instruments
o Creating reports in Salesforce to better manage our workload
o Help design and generate PowerPoint slides for presentations, and for promoting achievements of the Repair Center
o Administrative Support of the Quality delegate that works with the Repair Center as needed


The ideal candidate has:
? High School Diploma or GED
? 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
? 3+ years of administrative experience
? Ability to learn new skills and systems, flexibility, and the ability to prioritize daily and weekly activities
? Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
? Excellent organizational and time management skills
? Must have good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
? Familiarity with ISO9001:2015 requirements.
? The ability to shine in a fast-paced environment, where priorities may change and problems to solve may appear at the ring of a phone.
? A positive attitude and willing to learn.
? Must be detail oriented.
? Good computer skills and is comfortable working in cloud-based applications such as Microsoft Office suite, Salesforce/ServiceMax and Trackwise. Knowledge of SAP and/or Oracle based systems is a plus.
? Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
? 50-pound minimum lifting requirement, without assistance.
