We are seeking a passionate and driven individual who under the direction of the Sr. Director of Learning and Development & Change Management designs and delivers fit-for-purpose change management plans. This role will present high visibility to be a crafter and builder in change management and the company's Sustainability Plan implementation. Are you skilled in the following: 1. Identifying impacted stakeholders, assessing levels of impact, and understanding how the impact is felt across the organization. 2. Planning for training and education as a means to enable change agility and organizational resiliency. 3. Designing and delivering communication, stakeholder engagement, and other assets and collateral to enable change. 4. Establish Change Management as a tangible organizational competency that can be felt, measured, and seen across the organization, ultimately impacting how the organization leads, pivots, and responds in an ever-changing environment. 5. Has the proficient ability to partner with all levels across the organization, adopt an internal consultant mindset, create trusting relationships, and serve as a Change advisor on key projects and initiatives. Minimum Qualifications Required: Minimum 3 years? Organizational Development/ Change Management experience leading projects. Working knowledge of the Prosci ADKAR model and familiarity with project management approaches tools, and phases of the project lifecycle. Must be able to travel up to 30% of the job. | |
