CorTech is seeking to hire a Project Manager Associate for our client in El Segundo, CA! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $30.00/Hour Hybrid role, local candidates only Primary Responsibilities: Individual will: Assist department management with identifying and implementing adjustments to procedure toward best practices. Function as designer and project manager for all assigned jobs, facilitating assignments from beginning to end Liaison with Senior/Executive Management, Creative and other Service Group partners to achieve objectives. Drive execution of Virtual Toy Fair sites for assigned brands. Ensure successful execution of assigned projects including: Clearly defining scope of project with client groups (includes collaborating with internal department resources (CAD, Graphics, and Fabrication) and external creative groups, as well as any vendors required to realize projects. Generating and communicating project timelines, key dates, and task sequencing to all parties involved. Setting budgets based on clients? available funds, seeking estimates from appropriate internal service groups, and tracking project expenditures. Reconcile Job upon completion Travel will be required for this position. * Bachelors and/or equivalent experience in related field * 2-3 years analytical marketing experience * High level of organizational skills * Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills * Ability to interact well with internal and external partners. Required to utilize negotiation skills to positively problem solve with internal and external partners * Ability to meet scheduled deadline with a fluctuating workload * Ability to work independently with little direction in an established, yet ever changing business environment * Agility to shift priorities quickly to meet the needs of the business | |
