CorTech is seeking to hire a LVN/LPN - Rehab for our client in Festus, MO! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $41.37/Hour Start Time 7:00 AM End Time 7:00 PM FLU and COVID-19: All travelers must be completely vaccinated PRIOR TO START. There are no exceptions. SHIFT INFO Shift night Shifts per week 3 Hours per shift 12 EXPERIENCE Years of Experience One Year Plus CERTIFICATIONS Certifications BLS - required DESCRIPTION Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information. Functions within the scope of nursing preparation and consistent with the established guidelines of nursing practice, the Missouri Nurse Practice Act, Client Code of Conduct, Client Mission and Values and Client Service Standards. Other: To ensure patient safety it is mandatory that all licensed co-workers who provide direct patient care pass a medication and math competency test before assuming medication administration responsibilities. This exam will cover knowledge of the actions and side effects of commonly used drugs along with math regarding correct dosages and IV problems. The passing grade on this exam is 90% and it may be repeated one time. Failure to pass the retake may result in termination of employment. Approved Assignment Details: Flexible contract length - 8-26 weeks Flexible Guaranteed Hours - 36 or 48 hours Blocked Scheduling to include every other weekend or every weekend No specific block is approved RTO of 5 days or less, must make up the week on the back end Holiday RTO ? approved based on availability | |
