CorTech is seeking to hire a CRM COE Scrum Master for our client in Ames, IA! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $62.50/Hour Facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives Identifying and addressing potential conflicts or obstacles, such as dependencies or external factors that could impact team progress Track and communicate the team?s progress and capacity to Product Leaders and Stakeholders Work directly with Product and Technology Leads to maintain a refined and prioritized backlog Collaborate with Senior Management and Product Leads at a Program Increment planning level to capture future objectives Turn retrospective outcomes into achievable items for improvement Coach the team on Agile practices and principles to improve team productivity and efficiency Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. | |
