CorTech is seeking to hire a Customer Service Specialist for our client in West Chester, OH! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $24.00/Hour Shift: 1st Shift. Flexible for ideal worker to elect from 7A - 3P, 8A - 4P or 9A - 6P Monday - Friday. Occasional overtime on Saturday. Daily tasks include: Processing orders for technical repair lab, preparing correspondence, and fulfilling customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. This individual will manage intake, device repair, shipping packages and overseeing inventory, Education requirements: Vocational, Associates Degree highly desired, High School Diploma or GED. Experience: Must possess a min of 6mths of experience in the manufacturing, electrical or logistics environment applying commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures for device repair. Firm grasp of how to interpret instructions and pre-established guidelines to disassemble instruments, remove screws, rebuild, etc. Other: Works under immediate supervision. Good written and verbal skills. Understanding of Excel a plus! This is a long term assignment and conversion opportunity for a strong performer. | |
