Par Rate - $20.00 Duties and Responsibilities: - Water extraction and mitigation - Fire and smoke cleaning and restoration - demolition and light construction -Carpet cleaning and on location cleaning -Content handling/storage, unloading/loading trucks -Manage and maintain a clean and organized appearance of vehicle, equipment, material and consumables on job site and warehouse at all times -Manage and maintain inventories of all equipment, material, consumables and tools All other duties or projects as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE: Experience in janitorial, housekeeping, custodial or restoration field is a plus as we respond to emergency water and fire damage for residential and commercial customers. Valid Drivers License with 3 years clean driving history Self-driven, detail oriented. Demonstrated organizational and problem solving skills. High level of integrity and commitment to the work. A desire to serve our customers and a passion for teamwork! JOB REQUIREMENTS: A valid driver's license. Ability to lift/carry 25 lbs+ Ability to work overtime hours as required. Must consent to pre-employment screening including a drug test, background check and DMV record check if offered a position with the company. | |
