Job Description: As an Accounting Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company and serving as the liaison between the company and the accounting firm that handles all the finances. You will work closely with service providers to collect all invoices and documents related to the company's expenditures, and you will use the accounting system to document and manage all expenses. Additionally, you will ensure that the accounting firm has all the necessary information to generate the profit and loss statement, balance sheet, and other financial reports. Key responsibilities: Collect and manage all invoices and documents related to the company's expenditures Use the accounting system to document and manage all expenses Work with service providers to resolve any discrepancies in billing or expenses Liaise with the accounting firm to ensure that all financial reports are accurate and up-to-date Manage the company's cash flow and ensure that all bills are paid on time Prepare financial reports for the executive team and other stakeholders Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 2+ years of experience in a similar role Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices Experience using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, etc.) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy This job description is based on the provided information and should be tailored to the specific needs and requirements of the hiring company. | |
