ob Summary: This position is responsible for directing the packaging line and team. Essential Job Functions Responsible for performance and utilization of packaging line efficiency. Verify product is labeled and packaged correctly. Responsible for the performance and utilization of automated case packaging machine efficiency including anticipating and troubleshooting any problems that do or could potentially exist. Removes any reject product from the in-feed conveyors Responsible for pie line case packaging operations Responsible for feeding the case builder to keep automated case packaging machine continuously full. Responsible for pie line wrapping machine operations. In charge of changing film rolls in a timely and efficient manner without line interruptions. Monitors spiral freezer temperatures and informs lead of any rise in temperature Monitors and records product temperature and provides information to upper management Food Safety Responsibilities All employees are required to immediately report and assist in the elimination or control of any food safety issues they observe to their supervisor Monitors and enforces cGMPs Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices and Pre-requisite programs Qualifications Education and Certification Requirements: High school diploma, equivalent or higher Language Requirement: Ability to understand written and oral direction in English and Spanish. Spanish speaking only candidates are welcome. Physical Requirement: Frequently lift and/or carry up to 50 Lbs. Frequently push/pull up to 50 Lbs Be able to be on your feet up to 10 hrs, with exceptions of breaks and lunch. Candidates mus be have an open schedule during peak season. | |
