Job Title: Production Associate Pay: $15/hr (additional $1.50 for OT on top of time and a half pay and an extra $1 for perfect attendance for the week) Location: Wentzville, MO Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Associate to join our team at our warehouse. The successful candidate will handle bulk material, including receipt, movement, unloading, and storage of materials. The ideal candidate will have experience with material handling equipment, packaging equipment, and manufacturing or related experience. Key Responsibilities: o Perform routine reading and math applications o Load materials into equipment, forklift, and other equipment operation o Perform data entry into computer systems o Work in a team to ensure the production process runs smoothly and efficiently o Follow all safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment Requirements: o High school diploma or equivalent o Willingness to work [insert specific hours] and overtime on some Fridays and Saturdays o Basic computer knowledge o Ability to climb ladders or stairs up to 80 feet o Experience with material handling equipment such as screw conveyors, bucket elevators, belt conveyors, or heavy equipment (loader, skid steer) o Experience with packaging equipment, such as filling, bundling, and palletizing o Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Preferred Skills: o Forklift experience o RF scanning experience ## | |
