Manage and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google AdWords, Facebook, and other search platforms for a variety of clients. ? Generate new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of new paid search marketing initiatives. ? Maintain and monitor keywords, bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics. ? Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates. ? Manage Display network placement lists on AdWords. ? Perform daily red flag monitoring for impressions, conversions, & budget pacing. ? Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals. ? Perform AdHoc support requests ? Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments. ? Actively manage digital media paid search campaigns to the clients? weekly and monthly budget goals. ? Communicate with client services, sales reps and clients on all elements of the campaign, including performance, project status and client goals. ? Acts as a positive example of Company Culture, staying on top of daily work and following process Desired Qualifications: ? Google and Bing certified ? Minimum 2 years of experience in dedicated paid search digital marketing media preferably with Agency experience ? Experience with PPC, bid monitoring and adjustment of paid search digital media campaigns across multiple sites, defining terms and writing effective copy, highly relevant and targeted to clients' products and/or services. ? Experience managing large paid search digital marketing media budgets and hitting monthly goals for spend, revenue and key performance metrics ? Very strong client-facing experience with direct responsibilities including regular reporting, collaborative strategic planning, performance management, clear & concise communication skills, both verbal and written & strong presentation skills ? Experience with internal site visitor reporting/tracking programs or software. ? Strong Excel skills ? Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines. ? Demonstrated analytical skills. ? Strong verbal and written communication skills. ? Detail-oriented and organized. ? Self-Motivated and an Independent Problem Solver ? Personally accountable and a high degree of personal pride in achievement Schedule: Must be available 9-5 M-F Work Location: First 90 days in San Juan office with a hybrid remote schedule afterwards.
