CorTech is looking for a Recruiter to cover one of our clients, locations are in Spartanburg, Duncan, Greenville and Greer, SC! The onsite Recruiter represents CorTech by overseeing day-to-day operations of CorTech's client's sites in the Spartanburg, Duncan, Greer and Greenville, SC areas. The Onsite Recruiter is responsible for communication with Client HR/Supervisors, communication with employees, and recruitment of candidates. This includes but not limited to: meetings with internal and external leadership, orientations, onboarding & compliance of new recruits, completion of the site's payroll, job fairs & local marketing, and creating a smooth, positive experience by handling daily tasks with a professional demeanor for all parties. Hours: 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday Hours may vary by needs of the client. Onsite Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for conducting new hire orientations, and handling or escalating employee relations issues. Document all personnel issues, including performance and attendance. CorTech will be responsible for following up with any missing/late CorTech employees. Meet with managers and supervisors on a regular basis to monitor quality and assess upcoming needs, current service level, new or changing issues in the department, staffing opportunities, etc. Create a positive working environment for all employees by developing positive relationships. Conduct a safety walk through for each site weekly, report to sites as needed to enroll new hires into biometrics. Attend weekly meetings with the client. Recruiting Responsibilities: Check for daily recruitment needs, post jobs as needed, hire quality candidates, submit all documentation for compliance and receive clearance from compliance team. Attract employees who fit a job description and have the potential to become valuable additions to the company. Work with CorTech leadership to build recruiting strategies. Confirm drug screens, background, education, employment, offer letter, i-9 and e-verify are all cleared for new starts. Job Requirements: Experience supervising or managing in warehouse or distribution center, some forklift experience preferred. Ability to effectively communicate with others. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines, i.e. a self-starter. Must be detail-oriented. | |
