**Pay Rate:$19.84** 2ND Shift: MONDAY-THURSDAY 2:30PM 1AM with mandatory OT that can extend the M-F work hours up to 10 hours and also requires every other Saturday as needed to meet production needs. **INCENTIVE BONUS** $200 incentive bonus after 30 days/$200 incentive bonus after 90 days To qualify, the associate must have NO MORE than 3 tardies/leave early. Requests for time-off will be reviewed and considered. No Call/No Show will AUTOMATICALLY disqualify the associate from the incentive bonus. JOB SUMMARY: Perform production work on the laser loading and unloading parts and basic inspection to insure the quality of the parts. Will have the opportunity to acquire the skills necessary to advance to Laser Operator #2 classification. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Responsible for the quality of the parts produced. Follow all rules regarding machine operation and machine guarding. Responsible for laser scale/burr removal on low quantity parts. Maintain simple reports on productivity, quality and safety. QUALIFICATIONS: Some experience MUST e able to pass a blue print test Physical ability to do work requiring frequent standing and bending, as well as pushing, pulling and lifting up to 30 lbs. frequently. Sufficient reading and writing ability to follow work order instructions and prepare simple production reports. Sufficient visual acuity (corrected) to read instructions, operate machines and inspect parts. Sufficient manual dexterity to operate the equipment properly. | |
