Cortech is hiring stator winders for our client. We have 1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts available. 1st Shift 8am-4pm $20/hour varying days 2nd shift 4pm-12am $21/hour varying days 3rd shift 12am-8am $21/hour varying days ? No prior industrial experience required but preferred. Performs cleaning, staging, and assists with generator rotor winding and assembly operations. ? Clean parts, using cleaning solutions, air hoses, and cloths. ? Read and interpret engineering drawings, diagrams, written work instructions, and fills out quality control documentation (QCI's). ? Additional duties including staging of materials and unpacking boxes of parts, preparing parts for assembly, taking inventory of received parts, deburring of machined product, etc. ? High emphasis on safety and following standard processes and procedures. ? Confer with supervisors or engineers to plan and review work activities, and to resolve production problems. ? Explain assembly procedures or techniques to other workers as skillset advances. | |
