CorTech is looking to hire a Senior Business Coordinator for our client! Benefits available, weekly pay! $28.48/hr *This is Remote, Must be local* Purpose of Position: The senior business coordinator manages, maintains and analyzes key performance data for the organization. Responsibilities include independently analyzing information requests, analyzing trends and creating highly system-generated reports as well as provides administrative support to staff. The position involves contact with the general public, government agencies, management and co-workers. Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions) Manages, maintains and analyzes key performance data and staffing level reporting for BHE Renewables? geothermal development organization. This includes, but is not limited to, the development of key confidential spreadsheet analyses and power point presentations for multiple uses including executive presentation materials. (35%) Performs high-level administrative functions (verbal and written) which includes: coordinating the timely completion of weekly and monthly reports, time entry queries, code-block validations for processing check disbursements and expense reports; independently analyzing complex information requests, drafting correspondence, analyzing complex trends and creating system-generated reports; enhancing project organization. (30%) General routine administrative duties will be more heavily weighted during transitions, such as following permitting approval, office relocation/expansion, and staff hiring. Duties may include: processing invoices and routing for approval; ordering and stocking office equipment and supplies, coordinating schedules, managing calendars and meeting arrangements, organizing daily work and projects, preparing expense reports, and other duties as assigned. (20%) Gathers information to produce and maintain spreadsheets for the multiple work functions as required; maintains project team file structure. (10%) Perform word processing for agreements, letters and memos; maintain lists and reference information and organizational charts. (5-10%) Perform additional responsibilities as requested or assigned. (0-5%) Performance Expectations (Key Success Factors) Perform responsibilities as directed within determined time frames and with a high degree of accuracy and organization. Maintain sensitive and confidential information regarding corporate information and personnel-related information. Coordinate and organize multiple tasks to meet targeted time frames. Establish and maintain effective work relationships within the project team, including consultants, and the company. Use working relationships to ensure project management staff and project leads provide timely deliverables. Maintain the professional competence, knowledge and skills necessary to effectively complete responsibilities; enhance job knowledge and abilities by taking personal responsibility for professional development and training. Attend work on a regular basis and support the company's employee policies and procedures, including workplace safety rules. Ensures all compliance aspects of position are known and followed; understands and complies with all policies, codes and regulations applicable to position and company. Position Requirements Associate's degree in business or related major or equivalent work experience. (Typically four years of related, progressive work experience would be needed for candidates applying for this position who do not possess an associate's degree.) A minimum of four years of experience in a technical or analytical role as well as demonstrated administrative experience, preference will be given to project development, utility/energy industry, and/or construction experience. Excellent computer skills; demonstrated clear proficiency and understanding of functionality in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams and Acrobat. Experience or ability in Oracle, Project and Visio will be given preference. The ability to create documents with complex reference/table and maintain confidential information in department-specific software packages. Proficiency in keying and software program features based on required assessments. Effective interpersonal skills, a customer-service focus and the ability to work as a member in a team-oriented environment. Effective oral and written communication skills. Effective and demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently. Related work experience focusing on independent projects with limited supervision. Employees must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without an accommodation. | |
