CorTech is seeking to hire a Regulatory Specialist for our client in Erlanger, KY! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $45.00/Hour Shift is day shift (office hours) with some flexibility (start time 7-9am, ending time 4-6pm), full time (40 hours/week). Regulatory Specialist to support the business /operations productivity to communicate with vendors technical regulatory inquiries, documentation needs and data maintenance and interpretation. A working knowledge of FDA food regulations and relevant product design status? such as GM\BE, Allergens, GRAS, Vegan, Natural, Kosher, Organic, Halal, Nutrition. Additional knowledge of flavors, colors, botanicals and ingredients with international exposure preferred. Role will also require solid computer skills as it involves data research together with database inputs, maintenance and communication skills. BS in food science, chemistry or equivalent and 2-3yr relevant on-the-job experience a distinct advantage. | |
