o Work Authorization: US Citizen/ Green Card o **No C2C** o Pay: $55/hr+ (Pay is based on experience) o Location: Remote (Texas) _________________________________________________________________________________ We are looking for an experienced .NET Developer to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications using the Microsoft .NET Framework. _________________________________________________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: o Producing code using .NET languages (C#, VB .NET, ASP .NET) o Upgrading, configuring and debugging existing systems o Providing technical support for web, desktop or mobile applications o Participate in requirements analysis o Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture o Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages o Test and deploy applications and systems o Revise, update, refactor and debug code o Improve existing software o Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC) o Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support ___________________________________________________________________________________ Requirements: o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field o At least 3-5 years of experience in software development using the .NET Framework o Experience with unit testing, release procedures, coding design and documentation protocol as well as change management procedures o Proficiency using versioning tools: GIT, GNU, RCS, SCCS, CVS, SVN, Mercurial, Monotone, etc o In-depth understanding of the systems development life cycle o Proficiency in programming in more than one object-oriented programming language; .Net, HTML, C#,Angular o Strong database knowledge in; MS SQL o Proficiency using standard desktop applications such as MS Suite and flowcharting tools such as Visio o Proficiency using debugging tools; Advanced Debugger, Allinea DDT, AQtime, ARM, CA/EZTEST, etc o Proven experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer o Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC) o Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC)) o High critical thinking skills to evaluate alternatives and present solutions that are consistent with business objectives and strategy ___________________________________________________________________________________ Benefits: o Competitive pay o Health, dental, and vision insurance o 401(k) plan o Professional development opportunities **If you are interested in this role and meet the requirements, please submit your resume and cover letter.
