Job Summary: We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives for our upcoming company that sells a platform that allows you to quickly form and manage multiple business entities, store crucial documents, and request legal or accounting services all from one, easy-to-use online portal. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Responsibilities: 1. Answer customer inquiries and provide product information about our business entity management platform. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for further investigation and resolution. 4. Process orders and handle billing inquiries. 5. Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. 6.Provide feedback and suggestions to improve our product and services based on customer feedback. 7.Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor?s or Associate?s Degree in Business, Accounting or related field. 2. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 3.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. 4.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 6.Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. 7.Knowledge of legal and accounting terminology a plus. | |
